Parts of this website were produced with the help of artificial intelligence tools, and inquiries submitted through it are screened automatically before they reach us. That screening looks at the timing and content of a submission to separate genuine inquiries from spam and to flag ones that need attention.

This screening does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you, and it does not determine whether you can obtain housing or any other service. Genuine inquiries are read and answered by a person. If you believe a message you sent was filtered in error, contact us using the details below and we will look into it.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers who help us operate this site, deliver messages, and manage inquiries, and only so they can perform that work for us. Those providers are permitted to use your information on our instructions and not for their own purposes.

You may also withdraw your agreement by contacting us using the details below, or by any other reasonable means, and we will honor your request.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share mobile opt-in information or consent records with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

You can ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, provide a copy of it, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you.
